I found a website awhile ago where people post projects for their websites and they have little or no money to build a website. I am trying to find it but I can’t. Any one know of this site?

I’m thinking of setting up like a forum where people can offer to tutor live for money and people who need tutoring can find an instructor who has knowledge pertaining to the area they need help with. How would you go about advertising the forum though to get traffic to the website for something like that?

wont be cheap but you can pay so that when someone searches for a forum youe add will be displayed on the search page.

If your going to do this, how are you going to ensure that the tutors are safe, as I take it kids will have access to this, don’t get me wrong I think it’s a brilliant idea, but can’t see how you are going to be able to vet tutors……

Doesn’t that make South Park lose money or something, because since people can watch their episodes on their website than there is no reason to buy the dvd’s. well actually they dont show an episode on tv for a wile after it airs but they dont lose money by doing it the dvds are better anyways since you can watch them whenever but on a bigger screen but they do it probably to get more fans

I need reputable websites with statistics about what demographics are in the welfare program, how long they stay on welfare, etc. Any ideas where to look? I tried googling "welfare statistics" and couldn’t find anything I could use for my paper.

I should have said "programs," the information I need for my paper is basically the different demographics receiving government assistance in general. I’ll check those out.
