How do I find a specific piece of art when I don’t know its artist?Does anyone know a website or can identify?

I am looking for a painting/drawing that I wrote a paper on in middle school. I believe its called "Afternoon Shadows." It has a boy sitting on steps next to a large painting of a sabar tooth tiger and in front of him is a tricycle and one single shoe.

If anyone could either identify this work and inform me of its artist and title, send me a link, or inform me of a website which I may be able to find it based on the information I know it would be most apprecitted. This is one of those times where google and other art searches just don’t work. Thanks again!

I found a reference to a painting called "Afternoon Shadows" from circa 1936 by an artist named Margaret A. Murphy. The painting is at the Morris Museum of Art in Augusta, Georgia. There’s no image on this website, but you could try contacting them to see if they can tell you more about the content: http://www.themorris.org/learn/southern.html

Good luck!
