how to set up a band website?

i want to set up a website for my band but i dont know how. i can do a myspace but i want something more effective or attractive. how or where can i do this?

I would suggest an easy to use service like Bandzoogle.com or Hostbaby.com. Both provide templates for independent musicians to create their own websites, and they can also reserve your domain name for you. You don’t need to know html to set up a website with these services. They allow you to post news, music, photos, videos, set up a mailing list and run an online store.

They also allow for custom templates if you’re more advanced in html.

If you need a simple website http://www.asearcha.com/ can do it for almost nothing!
