At a glance I would have though yes, but now I’m thinking probably not. Maybe if it is not for profit – you might want to check copyright and broadcasting legislation prior.

i know about pandora, but you have to make a playlist which gets old after a while. pandora doesnt play the artist you want, it plays similar ones. i just want a website where you can put in the artist and listen to a playlist of their songs.
thats just info about the band, not playlists of their music

I would like a tattoo of pieces of shoulder armor on my shoulder with a law enforcement badge logo with "Protect and Serve" on the badge. I just want to know if there is any website that would be kind enough to give me a rough draft?

You can always take your ideas around to a few tattoo shops in your area and see if some one can draw it up for you.

I’m starting a website for my Graphic Design portfolio and I want to add music to the site. Can I use a popular artists music on my website without getting into trouble? Im not selling anything on there so would I be allowed to use it?

Technically, you would get in trouble as you were not given permission by the music artist to use their song on your website. However, that doesn’t stop most people from placing a song on their site.

It should at least have every part of the human body. It doesn’t need any other (feature?). Poses could be a bonus?

Other stuff I’d suggest looking up a skeleton and a body with muscles. Try to understand how muscles bend and stuff and where bones connect so that you don’t create impossible bendy arms or something. Then, all you have to do is observe. Observe real life and how people move around you. How people move when they walk, when they run. The expressions they make. What facial expressions are possible and which aren’t. Quirks and stuff that most people do but they don’t even notice (when sitting we don’t sit upright, we sit a little leaned back, etc…). All these stuff is important to create a convincing, natural picture.

Usually to officially promote any celebrity, you have to get his permission for that in writing.

But you can always make a like Fan video with public music soundtrack and nice pictures and videos.

And to get someone interested in that, make it interesting, maybe funny, artistic breath taking.
And then put up a good eye-catching title on it, for everybody to get excited to see that video.

Then you can use Twitter, Facebook, MySpace and other SN to promote that video and therefore your artist.

That I can access in Canada.

Grooveshark and Last.fm do that.
