This song of his I have to put up. This is one of his songs that show his genius, not particularly lyricly but his singing voice.
I never knew people would be arguing so much about this song. Lighten up, it’s comedy.
If your reading this after you’ve listened to it and wondering what I’m on about, trying singing in a different key from the music, it’s difficult! And he does it perfectly (now one my friend is in love with him).

What you probably …
What you probably mean is that the accordion (with an “o” rather than an “a”) fits the mood of the melody. However, the message of the song (the dissonance between F and F#) would have been more obvious had he used a piano, regardless of whether or not piano would have been a more appropriate voice for the melody.
unless you have …
unless you have another key to compare it to, or have perfect pitch, F major sounds exactly the same as any other key. Keys don’t have “moods”. It’s the accidentals used in combination with a key that set a mood. You can make any key you want fit any mood you want. Just like you can play Mary Had a Little Lamb in any key, and it will sound the same, in relation with itself.

It’s not so hard singing into a harmony, if you got a little practice. Your voice will always swing for it to sound good. And F vs. F# doesn’t sound good. xD

Absolutely …
Absolutely hilarious
Laughed my testicles off when i heard this.
@PrinceD4rkstR It’s …
@PrinceD4rkstR It’s also difficult singing in harmonies, especially finding your note in a quartet.

@Catherine3234 that’s why it’s funny, you tit.
@treefallingup An …
@treefallingup An accordian more appropriately accompanies the mood of F Major.
So.. Er… Get your brain in gear before letting a torrent of uninformed shite fly outward of your larynx.
F and F# are …
F and F# are dissonant with each other. If you were to play on the piano, a white key and the black key right next to it (such as F and F#) they would sound extremely harsh. likewise if you were to play in the key of F major (which uses notes from the F major scale) and sing in F#, it would sound extremely out of tune, like in the song. It would have probably been more obvious had he used a piano rather than an accordion though. :/

I like how the discussion of D minor being the relitive minor to F major keeps creeping back up XD
