Does anyone know the official website of the clothing brand "Theory?"?

I am a Theory specialist for Macy’s and I am trying to find their official website so I can look at employment opportunities. I have been searching for it for months and I can’t find it. Someone said that they are owned by another company but they don’t remember the name. PLEASE help me!

I also wanted to ask you a question, i bought a theory magena trench coat online and i feel like it’s a knockoff. How can I tell if it’s authentic?
