What’s the official website for the American government’s green card lottery?
Is there’s such a thing? I need the ‘real’ official website, not any of other thousand or so websites made for the same subject. I believe it’s a website related to the American Department of State… Am I right?

the website above is right. You also need to know that the lottery is currently not open. It will be open only during October and November. So you will only see the possibility to participate starting in October. Put the date on your planner and forget about the lottery until then.
And if there are websites which claim you can submit to them anytime, forget about that too. Either they are completely fake or they take your application any time (for a fee) and just submit them at the right time. If you can keep track of time there is no reason to shell out money to somebody else for this.
