As to the original question: Who told you there was such a site? I think it’s doubtful, as the company would lose money printing and shipping out those $1 posters, UNLESS, it was part of a subscription plan that would cost you a lot in the long run.
You know, like the places that give you 5 cd’s or 5 dvd’s for 99 cents? (but you have to agree to buy more at regular price) References :
