This wouldn’t even work. You would have to have a carb on it. If you are able to get w/o then its not air tight and your loosing vapor. Slap some electrical tape on it and add a hole to the bottle cap.

ok. use a bic pen for the tube (hollow it out) , tape the cap on, and poke another hole in the cap next to the tube so you can suck more out. while lighting shake the bulb and have two fingers on both holes.
