Let’s go through this one step at a time.

If you are referring to income tax, then read your question to yourself, but slowly.

Get it?

All income, unless specifically excluded, is subject to income tax. As a dependent, you have a standard deduction of $950 or your earned income + $300 up to a maximum of $5,700. You may have at least another $850 of income this year before you worry about taxes.

Do you have expenses for your web site? (hosting fees would be the biggest.) If so, those expenses are subtracted from your $100 to get to your taxable income.

You will have to list the income on your parents tax refund unless you elect to file on your own.
You will be able to claim some expenses related to your web advertising job.
I suggest that you talk to someone from the IRS if you can’t find the info on their website.

You will claim it as income. But if you don't have much more income you will not pay any taxes.
