I have a property that has been on the market for a bit and have had little luck. I see that there are tons of website that advertise your property for you and I am looking for a good one to try out.
Truthfully, social networking sites and classifieds are some of the best places to list a house you’re trying to sell- sites like craigslist, realestateinvestor.com and vflier are great. Unless you’re an investor – OR are willing to take less for your house – if this is the case, I would strongly encourage you to talk to a wholesale investor. You can find them in almost every market – good wholesale investors have a list of real estate investors handy and if the price and property is right, they will have a buyer for you instantly. Just keep in mind that you won’t be getting full market value for the property.
Just google "your state investment real estate" or "your state investment property" and you’ll have a couple big wholesalers pop up. References : http://www.realestateinvestor.com http://vflier.com

the mls service in your area.
all the other ads are silly. Realtors waste hundreds of dollars per listing advertising these homes just to keep client from calling and complaining.
The other ads just do not give you the hits you need to justify expense.
