I wanna start my small online partyshop, but i need a website and a logo, help with the website design software freeware and logo design freeware.please

You don’t mention on which tool you want to design your website, but for free designs i prefer you CMS such as Wordpress and Joomla. Why don’t you search existing logo sites to see if you can find a ready-made logo that meets your needs. Here are some to try -
