This movie should have won Best Picture without a doubt. The Hurt Locker was an ok war movie however it lacked a real plot. I mean there was nothing in it: just defuse bombs, sit in the middle of the desert for 1/3 of the movie and then let me guess: defuse one last bomb! But I forgot, Oscars is a political awards show: not based on talent.
