Q. What build is this on?
A. Currently it is on the Orange Box build of the source engine (You are required to have at least one source engine game to play it. Portal, TF2, HL2, CSS, L4D, Ect.)
Q. Is this a remake of HL1?
A. Yes, though with MAJOR improvements to the look and feel of the game to meet todays standards.
Q. What platforms is it availible on?
A. It’s a MOD so PC only.
Q. Can i buy it?
A. No, It is a completely free project in every respect.
Q. Will my computer be able to play this?
A. As long as you can play any orange box game (HL2:Ep2, TF2, Portal) you shouldn’t have a problem.

Yeah but i think that people who supported this and many with any knowledge of it would consider them being sold-out, now when we talk about Valve thats not such a bad thing but they need to prove themselves first. Any trailer can make anything look good and this would set the precedent that as long as it looked legit Valve should hire and pay them.

Same here. It would make sense and valve would make an absolute KILLING. I would pay full retail price for this without blinking an eye. I would pay to have this done faster. I know you can’t rush art but having valve’s funding would definately help but if these guys are doing it on their own so they can call all the shots rather than do it how valve wants it, I can understand that also.

I think Valve should pay these guys now. Treat it like an official project, get it done right, and put it on Steam. I’d definitely pay to see this. Having all the writing, sound, and level design in the bag beforehand makes a lot of sense from a business standpoint.
