What websites allow you to host an image and set a certain color to transparent?

what websites do this? i work from ms paint to give a more retro feel, and i havent purchased the correct software, nor do i want to download anything.

Use http://www.gifworks.com/image_editor.html for editing or http://www.blibs.com/editor/. For image hosting, any are good: imageshack, photobucket, flickr, etc..
